Produkteinführung
Die DOYENTRONTEX®-Faser ist eine UHMWPE-Faser (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene), die vor etwa 20 Jahren von BJTYZ entwickelt wurde. Die DOYENTRONTEX®-Faser verfügt über eine einzigartige Kombination von Eigenschaften. Die Dichte beträgt etwas weniger als 1 g/cm3, sodass die Faser auf dem Wasser schwimmt. Aber die Zähigkeit ist die höchste der Welt und kann bis zu 15-mal höher sein als die eines hochwertigen Stahls. Der Modul ist sehr hoch und wird nur von speziellen Carbonfasertypen übertroffen. Die Bruchdehnung ist genauso gering wie bei anderen Hochleistungsfasern, aber aufgrund der hohen Zähigkeit ist die Bruchenergie hoch. Heutzutage wird die DOYENTRONTEX®-Faser in vielen Anwendungsbereichen eingesetzt.
